A lot of the nicer buildings in the city do Not accept undergraduate students, and it is very frustrating to make appointments and end up just leaving before visiting a model unit because I am an undergraduate. So many students manage to get those apartments by having their parents come and say they'll live together. If I am alone and I make the payments myself, how can I avoid this problem and rent an apartment in any building???
