If you want to live in the city, it’s a great town, but you’re going to pay for the privilage of the train at every corner. If you are on a budget, might want to consider looking outside of the 128 loop. Follow the Commuter rail, which goes out as West as Worcester and as south as Attleboro. Living outside the city is a great way to gain rental value and still use public transporation to commute each day.
