Is it lonely at the top? Perhaps. But one thing is for sure: it’s more expensive to live among the clouds.
We are talking about luxury apartments, those crowning skyscrapers that are synonymous with unhindered metropolitan living and mind-blowing views. Today, for many renters, they are literally–and figuratively speaking–the pinnacle of real estate.

this apartment is just to much for common people .. too expensive ..
Prices are relative and fluctuate. I am a real estate broker in Paris/ France and I have been renting exquisite furnished apartments for more than fifteen years. The most expensive locations in the French capital are without any doubt the prestigious “avenue Montaigne”, “ave Foch” and also several places in “Saint Germain- des- Prés” and on the “Saint Louis Island”. First- class apartments in prestigious locations are rented at € 100 per squaremeter per month.
For more information please have a look at my website: http://www.khs.fr/index2.cfm?langue=EN
I thought $825 a month for my two bedroom was expensive, now I know better.
All of that money and in the end not to own it is just for people that are blessed with that kind of money.
When you have that much money, you should be buying a house!! Or your own apartment complex!
love these apartments would like to live in it for a minute thanks
very nice…
Thanks Karl, but perhaps you’re preaching to the wrong audience. After all, we all can’t be “vers le haut coincées piqûres” living in “embrassez mon âne” french styled living spaces. However; I’m sure we all do appreciate your “connerie” suggestions.
Who would be living in an apartment with all that money?
I think this is really stupid, a person with all that kind of money to rent an apartment like this. This is plain stupid. If I had that kind of money I would buy my own home and put that money to more useful things that could help make my community better for every one. But I guise these people have more money then brains.
